{"id":224,"date":"2016-10-19T10:40:16","date_gmt":"2016-10-19T13:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sleeperswake.com\/wordpress\/?p=224"},"modified":"2016-10-19T10:48:53","modified_gmt":"2016-10-19T13:48:53","slug":"weight-and-food-journal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sleeperswake.com\/wordpress\/weight-and-food-journal\/","title":{"rendered":"Weight and Food Journal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Waking up means caring for my body (for a change.)<\/p>\n<p>My weight this morning, after waking and dropping a torpedo, was 318.8 lbs. \u00c2\u00a0The back was tweaky just before launch, but fine afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>I am doing, as best as I can with the funds at hand, Dr. Joel Fuhrman&#8217;s <em>Eat to Live. \u00c2\u00a0<\/em>I&#8217;ve been doing it pretty poorly and I&#8217;ve still dropped 5 lbs.<\/p>\n<p>I have to stop feeding the tapeworm. \u00c2\u00a0All other body problems come from the gut problem I&#8217;ve developed over the years by eating crap. \u00c2\u00a0It talks to me! It&#8217;s urgings are acute!<\/p>\n<p>Since this is something of a starting point, let me list here (for posterity) the body issues I&#8217;m currently experiencing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall body discomfort<\/li>\n<li>Back pains<\/li>\n<li>Pain in joints<\/li>\n<li>Lack of flexibility (can&#8217;t tie shoes, pick up things, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Skin tags<\/li>\n<li>Wooden head<\/li>\n<li>Trouble going up &amp; down stairs<\/li>\n<li>Leg cramps at night after exercise<\/li>\n<li>BO &amp; itches<\/li>\n<li>Athlete&#8217;s foot &amp; jock itch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I put together a good day yesterday, food-wise. \u00c2\u00a0I had:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rosary&#8217;s vegetable breakfast<\/li>\n<li>Coffee; decaf with 1 heaping small spoon of hazelnut caf, stevia &amp; Coconut milk \u00c2\u00a0x2<\/li>\n<li>An apple<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 can of beans with plain tomato sauce, &#8220;grated topping&#8221; &amp; some panko bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>Kale soup (I think the chicken in it made me feel really lethargic; the walk to Stop &amp; Shop was brutal.)<\/li>\n<li>Some steamed kale. \u00c2\u00a0(Reminds me of brocolli! \u00c2\u00a0Not very good plain.)<\/li>\n<li>Salsa &amp; limon pork rinds (a treat)<\/li>\n<li>A banana<\/li>\n<li>An orange with my cal mag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The walk was to Stop &amp; Shop, directly, and back, up North Monroe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Waking up means caring for my body (for a change.)
