I stepped on the scale, and today I weighed 320 lbs.  Post torpedo, no water yet, clothes on (sweats, t-shirt & pocket stuff; 1 wallet & no keys.) Food: Small glass of apple cider Banana I need to walk today.

Hobo Camp

Found a hobo camp today. Under the bridge, of course. 2.44 miles in 61 minutes.  451 Calories burned and Ascent/descent = 490 feet.  Avg. speed = 2.4 mph.  I took it easy.
